Welcome at the 12th European Conference
Dear brothers and Sisters,
Three years past since our last meeting in Denmark, and it is with pleasure that we send you the registration form, awaiting to welcome you at the 12th European Conference.
The Conference and the post conference tour, will take place at the ADAMS Beach Hotel, a 5-star hotel at Ayia Napa, a seaside resort, a venue which, for some of you is familiar, as at the same place we organized the 7th European Conference in 2010 and the 17th MED Gathering & 6th SESR Meeting in 2022.
Participation fee
per person is € 695.- in double room, € 620.- in a triple room € 805.- in a single room and includes:-
- Hotel accommodation B/B basis for 4 nights, starting from 20th March.
- Lunch for the 21st, 22nd and 23rd
- All Dinners including the 20th
- Coffee breaks during the conference intervals
- Transportation to Lefkara village known for the hand-made lace items.
Post conference tour
For those who would like to extend their stay, we plan to have a 2-day post conference tour.
The cost will be €315.- in double room, €380.- for single room and € 290.- in triple room and includes:-
- Hotel accommodation on B/B basis for 2 nights from 24th March p/p.
- 2 Lunches & 2 Dinners
- Transportation to the sites and guided tours.
Extra nights at Hotel special price for us on B/B basis p/p.
Single room €135.-, double room, €165.- and .- in triple room € 190
Participation Fee does not include:
- Travel costs from Ayia Napa to airport and vice versa
- Extra nights at the Hotel
- Personal and/or travel Insurance
- Tips, hotel incidentals, personal expenses.
Due to the present situation prices may change. If this case arise, we will do our outmost to keep it as low as possible.
In case that a significant number of participants arrive at Larnaca airport at a particular time or within a period of time e.g. 3 – 4 hours, we can arrange bus transfer to the hotel at our expense. We will also provide you with details as to how to use the public transport from the airport to Ayia Napa.
